• 2 years in business
• 650 FICO
• $15K monthly revenue/$180K annual revenue
• 50% ownership (accumulative)
• No sole proprietorships & non-profits
• Bankruptcies/Foreclosures–none in the last 3 years
• Fund nationally except for Nevada, Vermont, and Dakotas
• Minimum 8 deposits per month
• $5K average bank balance
• Negative days–max 3 in a month, 9 in the past 6 months
• NSFs–max 6 in a month, 24 in the past 6 months
• No more than 2 current positions –UWs discretion if a pay-off is needed
