- If you are unable to place the security freeze online, you can mail your suppression letter to FactorTrust, Attn: Consumer Inquiries, P.O. Box 390, Woodlyn, PA 19094, or fax it to 770-980- 9414

Hello, and welcome. The purpose of this video is to show you how to complete the fact, trust security freeze. So it’s really simple. So you’re on this monitor right now. What you want to do is scroll down to the bottom. You’re watching this video. Click on where it says FactorTrust credit freeze. All right. And then just into your information and just follow these steps. And it’s really, really simple.
You simply just can easily add a freeze online. And then any time you want to remove a freeze, once you’ve established your account, you’ll go through the identification process. And then you can remove the freeze as well. Really, really straightforward. Really simple. So start with this link right here. Complete the steps and we will see you in the next module.
