Week 5: Module 1. This is going to be talking about how we can start attacking the bureau. So at this point, we have created all of our challenge letters, and I’m going to show you how we just attack. So here’s what we’re going to cover in this particular module. So very first thing I’m going to do is really set your expectations. So that way you understand what to expect with the challenge process. I’m also in this week and going to break down the challenge calculator and the challenge calendar because this is really, really important and pivotal. Also in week five, what I’m going to do was break down mailing your letters. So this is probably the biggest, biggest thing that you want to make sure you can do. I’m going to show you how you can mail the letters with your round one, but also once we get the round on out, I’m going to show you how to do the re-challenges for your round two through eight.
Now, typically that’s how many it’s going to take to get those negative items removed and, or verified. However, we may need to do additional rounds, but typically this is going to be what it is. But the moral of the story is, I’m going to show you how you can send the re-challenges and how to make sure that process is effective and efficient. Then I’m going to break down how to mail your letters, really without leaving the house. This is very, very powerful. I wish I already knew how to do this when I first started this process. And then for extra credit, it’s not necessary, but for extra credit, I’m going to show you how to fax your letters as well. Then I’m going to show you when and break down when you should pay a negative account. So this is a big common question.
How, and when should I do this. In this week, I’m going to cover it. So briefly, let’s go ahead and talk about what to expect. So week five, just like week four is all about taking action. So these two weeks is all about, well this entire coaching program, this entire done with you program is all about taking action. But week five specifically is taking action. And I want you to understand that removing negative items isn’t an overnight process. So everything that I’ve outlined for you, you can understand and tell that it’s legal, it’s ethical. It’s compliant. It’s not going to come back to bite you. And it’s going to put yourself and your family in the best position to ensure that the reporting of those negative items are removed from your credit report. The challenge process can take between two to 12 months, right?
And I just say 2 months only because depend upon where you’re starting, and if you’re able to get a significant round one or even around two out, that could be all you need to get those items removed, or it could take four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten rounds. And that’s totally fine. That is totally fine. And I want to really set your expectation because remember it probably took you a while to get to this, or it took you a while to really build this up. So once you get that 35% on your score rectified, it’s totally fine, even to know exactly what you need to do, obviously to maintain it. But you may have some of those accounts that are just pesky and you just you know, you just going to have to keep challenging them. Like I told you in the previous week, in week four, I broke down the overwhelm factor, how you can really, really make sure you’re remaining consistent with your challenges and how doing that process is really what ultimately we want to put ourselves in position to do.
Because again, as long as credit is a for-profit business, we want to make sure we can tip the scales in our favor, to where our challenges start to make it unprofitable for those bureaus or for the big three to continue to do their investigations and their verifications. And also don’t rush to process. This is something else. So again, like I broke down, disputing versus challenging. We’re not disputing, so we’re not sending our rounds every 30 days. I don’t want you to say, well, I know Kenney got everything outlined this way, but I’m going to try to rush it. Don’t do that because you’re going to mess up your results. Do not rush the process, follow the blueprint. That’s outlined because it is specifically outlined in this favor because the way we’re attacking e-Oscar, right? The way we’re using the Metro 2 Compliance. So don’t say, Oh man, I’m going to pull a fast one and forget what Kenny has outlined, and then send your letters sooner than what I have outlined.
Because if you do, you’re going to completely negate the results that you just did. If you don’t give it the timeframe. That’s something that I did initially when I first started doing this, and then I realized that I wasn’t getting the results and then I had to stop and really do the process that is outlined and give the bureaus that enough time. And you know what, let me go ahead and explain to this really quickly. Because when we use this challenge process the bureaus have that timeframe to respond. But if you send another challenge too early, you’re going to restart that entire investigation. And it could be at the end where they’re going to remove it, right. But once, but if you reinitiate the challenge process, you mess everything up that you just did. So give it time, follow the blueprint that I’ve outlined.
It is intentionally outlined this way so you can have success. Now, the challenge calendar. I’m going to get into this because once we get our round one set up and we get our round one out, we still need to understand the timeframe like I was just talking about between each challenge. And also we want to make sure we create a challenge calendar. So that way we can stay on track, and before I broke down the challenge round flow chart, I’m going to reiterate this challenge round flow chart, and then I’m going to break down how to automate your reminders. So you can always stay on top of this. So that way it’s on autopilot. So you just really just have everything outlined. And it’s really clear in terms of your action steps. But again, this is a key thing we’re going to cover in this week.
The other thing I’m gonna break down is the re-challenges. So this is going to be important. When I get into this, in this particular module, I’m going to break down how to review your results because that’s important. We got to know how to review our results, then to break down how to maximize your credit report audit sheet. So that audit sheet, as you can tell, has been pivotal throughout this entire process. I’m going to break down how we can continue to maximize it. Then I’m going to show you how to get specific with three challenges. So I’ll go into more detail with this, but there’s a specific thing that you want to do to ensure you’re getting the maximum amount of results. And then I’m also going to make sure you send your next rounds on time. So you don’t fall off track.
So this is really powerful. Then I’m going to breakdown sending your letters. So you’re probably anxious and say, I want to get the letters out. I want to get the letters out and that’s cool. I’m going to show you how to do it, but I’m really going to break down a couple of things when sending your letters. First, I’m going to show you how to mail your letters without leaving the house, which is huge. I’m going to break down what vendor to use, how to set up your account with that vendor, how to make sure you can upload your letters electronically. So that way it’s all uploaded in one place. It’s electronic. It’s all where it needs to be. Your information is going to be protected, how to upload your identification documents, then how you can really track everything really online.
And I’m gonna break down how you can avoid printing your letter. So we’re not going to do any printing in this process whatsoever. So although I’m telling you how to mail your letters without leaving the house, that also means you’re not going to have to print anything either. Okay? Then for extra credit, I’m going to show you how to fax your letters. So again, what we’re doing here is when we do the mail is the most important. The fax is just extra credit, but I’m going to break down how to do that. Then, I’m going to break down because this is a huge one question, this is a huge question, so I’m going to break down when to pay a negative account and what type of negative accounts you should pay, you absolutely should pay. So this has been a common question even on the live Q&As, Kenney, should I pay a collection?
And if so, what type of collection and or negative account I should pay? I’m gonna break it all down. I’m going to break down what your legal liability is. So, you know, I’m also going to break down how to set this up correctly, to ensure that once you do do this, you can make sure you don’t put yourself in a position to when this comes back to bite you. And then I’m going to break down a simple negotiation tactic that you want to use when doing this, when you do pay the negative account round. So week 5 is very, very, very pivotal to your success. And what you’ll find is you’ll be in week 5, again, for the next two months, three months, four months, five months, because we’re going to be doing those re-challenges. It doesn’t mean that we don’t do the rest of the weeks in the program.
It just means that week five is more so about making sure we take consistent action with the rounds in the format that I’ve outlined for you. But once you have these systems in place at the end of this, at the end of week 5, everything’s going to be set up for you, you know exactly what to do, but again, week 5 is literally going to help you put everything up to this point into action. So I’m so, so, so excited for you. And this is going to conclude this module. I will see you in the next module, breaking down how to create your challenge calendar.
